Freeze dried tubiflex cubes

I have these made by king British. They are for a treat once a week. Are these ok? What's the best way to feed? Pre-soak?

I will often just smoosh one against the glass and let the fish pick at it.

I used to do the same thing 30 years ago. If you just squish it to the side of the tank and hold for a couple seconds, it will stay there and the fish will pick at it. I used to put about an inch below the surface of the 20 long that I had. My rope fish really liked it. Alison

Angel didn't think much to them. Neons and harlequin's stuffed their faces along with the swordtails. Set off a convoy of assassin snails lol.
