If you bought a test kit, it should be easy to figure out both where you are at in the cycle and when you are done!How much does ammonia usually cost, I'm going to get it, how do I know if I'm done cycling?

You're right but my parents don't agree and they think it's stupid that there's something called cycling before adding new fish.
Do fish stores sell ammonia?
