Any other movement in the tank from a HOB filter or anything? If so, one 1200. If not, go with two 900s.

yes, i have 1 emporor 400, so one 1200 will be enough?

That should be just fine for a FO or FOWLR tank. If you add corals in the future you may want to add a second powerhead to create a more chaotic current.
