They are bad they sting your fish. They can kill smaller fish

Oh crap ok.. So how do I get rid of it? I asked the store I got it from n they told me it was ok to Hve on if :-{

I copied this from a thread on here....Get some peppermint shrimp for the aiptasia. Do not try to cut it or pluck it out!!! You'll go from 1 to 100 over night if you do that. And they will sting corals and fish. You can also inject it with concentrated lemon juice.

They also should have a product at your lfs to kill aptasia

I wouldn't worry about them killing fish. The problem is they reproduce very quickly and will overtake your tank eventually. They do sting like other anemones, and will sting any corals in their vicinity. Fish know to stay away from them like other anemones though.
